Daniel Kasser: Western Technosites

Daniel Kasser's work is currently on display at the UOP art gallery. I checked it out and I thought it was pretty cool. He definitally has a style of his own. His photographs seemed to tell a story about the American West but I wasn't always quite sure what it was. I could tell he pays great attention to the details in his photographs. I'm sure he spent a huge amount of time and effort to make his work as flawless as it was. His work was also very inspiring to a beginner photographer like myself. This show helped to oped my eyes about the endless creativity we are allowed as digital photographers. I thought the way he manipulated objects in his photographs is very eye catching. I also liked his choice in the way he shows his work without anything fancy. His work wasn't under glass or in frames it was just simply there for us to look at. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience.
